A radiused edge may be desired if a part has a sharp edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mass finishing processes are commonly used for radiusing. A slight edge break, or very light radius, could be achieved in a vibratory bowl or a simple tumble barrel. If a significant, measurable radius is required, a mass finishing system using high energy equipment, such as centrifugal discs or centrifugal barrels, may be the best choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creating a consistent radius on a part can be a challenge.
